Many people joined us in Chico Downtown Plaza and learned more about the Governor's proposed budget, which attempts to close the $20 billion budget shortfall with budget cuts only. We offered information about the budget cuts, how to stay current on the topic, learned about ways to increase state revenues without jeopardizing the economic recovery.
