Dr. Robert M. Bowman, retired Lt. Colonel of the US Air Force, spoke on such issues as "Whom Does Government Serve", "In Search of Political and Economic Democracy",and "What it means to be a Patriot" and  "A Populist Vision for America". His message is for all Americans regardless of political party and values whether they be conservative, centrist, or liberal.
 
The event was jointly sponsored by the CSU, Chico Peace Institute and The Chico Peace and Justice Center.
